DA Search Agent

The DA Search Engine is designed and implemented to be a fully functional core engine aimed to support a high capacity and high availability “Directory Services  Search Catalog” services. Main ability and target of the engine is to be fast and accurate at responses to multiple concurrent user requests based on “What” and “Where” questions (more advanced search capabilities are also available).

 The engine is paired with a data management subsystem which collects data from external sources (providers, content managers, etc), puts them into an ETL process for extracting the data (from external sources), transforming the data, loading the data into the central search engine Database.

 It is designed to support: High capacity, Maximum availability, and has  Full scalability capabilities based on standard Microsoft technologies

Core Search engine has open interfaces for connections with:

 1.    Call Center Agent Applications

2.    Several map services providers including google maps

3.     And any other application, using XML, web services and data connectors

4.     Any CTI platform so it can interact with the network switching infrastructure of the client

 

In such implementations Search Engine will support: quickly and accurately responses to agent requests based on “What”, “Where”. Reverse search is also available through the field “telephone-Number”. Advanced search with more search options as Surname, Company-Name, Profession, Father-Name, Prefecture, Filters: For filtering results based on Professional Categories , Prefecture, Region, Phone type. Additional search functionalities include phonetic search, grammar free search and synonyms search for better and more accurate results,

WEB / Mobile Apps search Agent

The WEB/Mobile version of the Engine is designed and implemented to be a fully functional core engine which can support a high capacity web and mobile apps IYP searches. Main ability and target of the engine is to be quick and accurate at responses to user requests based on “What” and “Where” questions and geo-location requests.

The WEB/Mobile version is also paired with the data management sub system which collects data from external sources (providers, content managers, etc), puts them into an ETL process  for extracting the data (from external sources), transforming the data, loading the datainto the central search engine Database.

It is designed to support: High capacity, Maximum availability, and Full Scalability based on standard Microsoft technologies.

 Core Search engine has open interfaces for connections with:

2.   Several map services providers including google maps

3.     And any other application, using XML, web services and data connector.

 Geo-location searches are available and can be used to automatic replace the ”where” conditions for IYP mobile applications. Along with the “What” search string the engine can accept a geographical distance that defines the search area. These include a whole circular area around a geographical location. Even without any other search string the machine can locate the whole database result set of professionals located inside a geographical range.
