Demstar has been awarded the contract to design, deploy and support the call Center for the Pizza Hut franchise in Cyprus, operated by PHC Franchise Restaurants (Public) Ltd. The contract was awarded following a tender process against other Telephony vendors such as Cisco and Ericsson. The contract includes the deployment of an IP based telephony system for the whole organization and a turnkey, fully redundant Call Center application. The whole solution – infrastructure & application - offered by Demstar is based on the industry leading AVAYA solutions.
The core of the specific contract is the Call Center which serves different franchise restaurants including Pizza Hut, Everest, KFC etc. The success of the PHC organization and its franchises make this call center one of the most demanding and heavily visited on the island from across Cyprus. Due to this success, the management of PHC wanted to deploy a sophisticated and feature packed call center to elevate the level of customer service offered to its cutomers. The driving force behind the decision was the robust technology offered by AVAYA coupled with a heavily customizable application to help PHC improve customer service and make their operations more productive and efficient. Instrumental in the decision was also, Demstar’s experience in the specific market and the level of satisfaction of its customer base. It should be noted that Demstar holds a leading share of the local market in IP based Telephony system and a dominant role in the specific market for call center having deployed the majority of the active call centers in the island.
